I’ve been super busy making my Halloween projects lately and some Fall fun projects that I needed a “thank you” card so I was thinking in my mind….”spring!” I know. That’s a ways off, thanks for reminding me…sigh….but I am so looking forward to the holidays! For sure!
Gotta getcha to the Debbie’s Deets! Here we go, folks!
*Card base – EXTRA THICK WHISPER WHITE CARD STOCK – New this year! It is so wonderful because you want to know why? It is thick and stable and can hold all your embellishments, ribbon, candy dots, rhinestones, pearls, and many more things on the front of your card with NO prob! I love this paper. You will, too, if you don’t already. 🙂
*Pear Pizazz is the GREEN! Isn’t it lovely? It’s such a calming, sweet color.
*Blushing Bride is my “pink” color I chose because I think it just “marries” so well with Pizazzy Pear Pizazz. Don’t you? Did you notice I said “marry?” It goes with “Blushing Bride” so I thought I’d carry that through with the two of them. They are happy together.
*Whisper White for the very top layer that was honored to have the pretty leaves in Pear Pizazz ink and a couple of Blushing Bride’s PANSY flowers just scattered about. Soft, pretty and delightful.
Pansy flower and Pansy FLOWER PUNCH – DID you know that we have a Pansy Flower PUNCH? We sure do. I used the beautiful Birthday Blossoms stamp set! What a lovely stamp set this one is because the sentiments fonts are so pretty and the cluster of flowers and leaves are delicate and soft. You will see the stamp set at the bottom of my blog in the products I used area. I stamped one of the designs and punched it out with the Pansy Punch and placed a Pear Pizazz Candy Dot right in the center. Perfect little added “touch!” AND of course, I used a dimensional to POP UP the flower. It looks great in all it’s Blushing Bride glory!
*The sentiment “THANK YOU” is from the HAPPY HAPPENINGS stamp set, I think the font on this image is great because it showcases and Bolds the “YOU” because we are thanking that special person for something nice they did for us. So YOU is very appropriate to be a larger focal point. I cut the three layers of colored card stock to match the layers on the card base part. I didn’t measure my pieces, I just wittled away until the size looked “right” to me. I think I like it pretty well. 🙂 ALL these small layers were ALL popped up with our dimensionals (foam pieces). It really made a difference to the whole card I thought, you should be able to see in my photos here.
They will do it for today’s post! Hope you go make one yourself, it’s pretty quick, maybe 10-15 minutes. That’s not much when you’re havin’ fun!

It’s Fall and it’s a beautiful time of the year in most places, you’d probably agree with all the leaves changing into their beeeee-ut-itful colors. As the seasons change, especially into the fall season, kiddoes back to school, germs can sometimes just go “flying!” For whatever the reason or how, flu season begins to “happen.” UGH. So those of you that think about or always always do and never miss a season of getting your flu shot, it’s time, so the docs say. I hope you don’t get any of the virus bug this year and I hope your special peeps and co workers, friends, family and neighbors don’t either, BUT should they, here’s a thoughtful, sweet card to help them “recover!” It’s super easy, really.
So here’s the Debbie Details because I know you’re getting anxious, I can just tell.
My card base is out of the NEW Whisper White THICK card stock! New for us and so sturdy and stable and can hold a ton of embellishments, no prob. It’s super great! Like really great.
The dsp is from the Schoolhouse designer series package in Pool Party ink color! I love the polka dots in white splattered on the Pool Party paper, don’t you?!! It’s sweet, subtly “bright” but yet soft and “cheery!” The stamp sentiment says it ALL. Get Well Soon. Pretty straightforward. BUT, isn’t the soup bowl adorable? Oh and that little heart sitting perfectly still on the outer front of the darling bowl. I stamped it in Pool Party and thought it would be super spiffy to cheer someone with a little BLING. Yes, bling! I put on three different sizes from our Rhinestone pack to give it a “SPARKLE!” I think this just would be great for a little cheer for someone that’s down on their backs fighting that darn “bug” or if they are ill from another reason that happened, a sweet, thoughtful get well SOON card could very well bring smiles to their faces.
I cropped the sentiment from the LOTS of Labels Framelets. The largest one and it fit perfect.
I just had to complete this darling little gem with the awesome Envelope liner in the same polka dot paper from the card! So cute and really, really makes card sending super special, I sure do think.
That’s it! Super simple and super easy! Now might be a great time to just make some of these up in different colors, different designers series paper choices and just have fun! AND be prepared to send out on a whim if needed! Don’t you want to prepared to cheer someone special when they’re ill? Of course, you do. So, here ya go!
I hope you stay well and healthy this upcoming season and be sure to stop back by for more inspiration and get the Debbie Details on the latest and greatest from Stampin’ Up! Love my stamps from Stampin’ Up!

This Curvy Keepsake treat holder of gift holder is just SOOOOOOO CUTE! Since I knew I was making a Halloween holder for my post today, I thought I would throw together a card to “match!” I like doing that so that I can write my wishes and thoughts in it and makes it a bit more “special” for the recipient. 🙂
For this holder, I put, well…I PILED as many chocolate Hersey treat candies in it I could. Won’t that be a heavenly surprise to get! Can eat ANY TIME OF THE DAY! YES!
Here’s the details, deets, scoop, how’d she do it details especially for YOU!
Debbie’s Details!
Curvy Keepsake Box holder – page 171 Annual catty! It’s adorbs! I used Tangelo Twist for the paper and the Pumpkin “face” from the Sparkly Seasons stamp set in the Holiday catty! There is a video on Stampin Up on how to make this box from the die. Very easy, but feel free to ask me if you have some questions about it.
Her cute, sparkly hat was made using the Black GLIMMER PAPER in the Holiday catty. I punched out top of hat using the Tree builder punch and the 2-1/2″ circle punch and centered the word window punch to cut out a slit to fit the tree trunk inside. Glued the top of hat “points” with glue dots and placed a glue dot on the glimmer ends of the trunks, slipped the “hat” part down in the slit of the circle punch, folded trunks back and pressed them firmly.
CUTEST bow ~ Made with the Bow maker punch! Use Happy Hauntings designer series paper polka dot paper.
Spider Web Doilies – Out of the amazing Holiday catalog, fold it in half and barely cut the center edge out to create the slit. I place the doily on top of Mr. Pumpkin Curvy Box and then place the darling Witches hat atop of that! It’s done!
The hard work – well…..there’s NO HARD WORK here, sweet friends! 🙂 The die cut using the Big Shot did the “hard work” which was NOT hard work. You can make SO many different animals, snow men, penguins, pigs, you name it with this cute holder. You can use our beautiful designer series paper, even Vellum! SEE???!!!! This cute box holder can be used year round, too, for all sorts of special “give aways!”
It really is quite versatile, PLUS it “HOLDS” things! I like that part the best so I can give away treats to friends, strangers, people at the Post Office, stores and waiters/waitresses, etc.
THE CARD DEETS! ~ Tangelo Twist card base, Very Vanilla, Black glimmer paper, Happy Haunting paper to cut the banners. I used our awesome Banner Framelits on page 173 of the Annual catty. I embossed the Very Vanilla banner with the Large Dots embossing holder (need to use your Big Shot), layered them after I cut a Spider Web doily in half and placed it under the vanilla banner. Made the hat by punching out the large Oval punch and one more black tree using the tree punch. I used a glue to attach it to the oval brim hat piece and laid it back. Gotta love the punches!! I love my punches! I stamped my sentiment from the Holiday catty “A LITTLE SOMETHING” stamp set in the Holiday catty. There are some versatile stamp images to use year round, check it out.
I thought the card turned out pretty cute to match the treat holder! Get busy making these fun little holders! They really are darling in person!
That’s all there is to it. You could use these holders to give out to co workers, teachers, friends, family, any one that provides a service to you, grand parents, children’s lunch treats in their lunch box, hair stylists, professors, bosses, anyone, really! I will be making some for Thanksgiving and Christmas and will share here with you! Let your imagination run wild!
Hope you had a great Saturday, until next time, best wishes from my stampin room to yours!

Need some Halloween treat give a away ideas? What about these? Here is an idea for some fun CHOCOLATE candy treats to give out as little “treats” to your kids for their lunch boxes on Halloween day, the sweet teachers, co workers, neighbors, friends, hair stylists, massage therapists, receptionists, favorite mechanic, mail deliverer, care giver, dog care giver, vet, gosh…I could mention tons more!! I bet you could, too! Here’s the deets! Debbie’s Details: The ever popular and perfect gift holder, the PILLOW BOX! You will need to use your Big Shot die cutter for it, it’s on page 41 of the Holiday catalog this year AND the BONUS is that it comes with 8 dies! Yes, that’s right. I used the Polka Dot dsp from Happy Hauntings paper stack in the Holiday catty to make this darling holder. SO EASY. Die cut it out using your Big Shot and glue the ends together and fold in the sides. That is it. I wrapped our Black satin ribbon around to add some spiff to it and attached my tag from the Sweet Hauntings stamp set. I stamped two of this image. One in Archival black ink and then Tangelo Twist orange ink. I did snip around the center part from the orange image and then used dimensionals to place on top the black piece. I wanted a contrast look to the tag. I will put lots of candy pieces in this pillow box, filled to the brim, but you can put so many other things inside it. It is a good size, not TOO big and not TOO small. So just right! You could put in lip glosses/lip balm with chocolate candies, small soaps, small nuts, hard candies, gum, a GIFT CARD with candy treats, endless! I’ve made SO many of these using all kinds of dsp and card stock. You have lots of possibilities of different ribbons, too and embellishments on top! The candy treats themselves were wrapped individually using Halloween Happy Hauntings paper, cut to fit. I cut the Tangelo Twist pieces 2″ wide and used the tag punch to punch both ends, 2″ x 6-1/2″ and then scored at 2-1/2″ and 4.” Wrapped the candies and used glue dots to secure on the inside. The “Death by Chocolate” sentiment is from the Happy Hauntings stamp set. I stamped a scrap piece of Very Vanilla card stock with the Chalk Lines stamp set first in Basic Black. Then I snipped the Death by Chocolate sentiment only after stamping in Archival Basic Black ink. I used the Black satin ribbon to bring together the top and wrapped the Very Vanilla THICK baker’s twine around that. Oh and I can’t forget! I punched out the orange “polka dots” using my 1/2″ circle punch and then used my Tombow glue to place them on top of the Chalk lines in Black to coordinate and “match” the polka dot designer series paper. You could make the Pillow Box and fill it to your heart’s content with whatever “treats” you’d like and make a chocolate treat holder to go along with it for someone special to make their day! How could they NOT smile???!! Give these a try and let me know if you have any questions. I would be most happy to answer your questions. 🙂 Have fun making these! Really and truly, the creative possibilities are endless. Be sure to check the list of products I used for this project below. It’s all there for you to make these cute little give a ways! I need to hurry and give mine away because I’m eating all the candy! Truly death by chocolate for me. I will never turn down anything CHOCOLATE. How ’bout you? Happy creating and have a wonderful, fun day doing what you LOVE! Whatever it is! Take care now and come back by again to see what else I’ve got cookin!’

Today’s card is a Thankful card that you could send out at any time of the year, but I really like the the stamped sentiment out of our Holiday catalog and wanted to feature it today to share with you! 🙂
Here’s the Debbie Details:
As you can see this a very “mossy meadow” card, (Mossy Meadow is one of our very lovely green 2014-2016 IN COLORS). I will be using it for the upcoming Christmas holidays as it is a very nice green color, not too too bright and not too too “dull.” Just right! Bright and right!
The dsp is from the beautiful English Garden package featured in our Annual catalog and ALL the papers are so pretty and with the watercolored look on all the pretty patterns. As you can see I layered and layered. Since I have become quite attached to this pretty Mossy Meadow green color lately, I wanted to let this beautiful watercolored paper be my focal point.
The sentiment is from the Thankful Forest Friends stamp set in the Holiday catty! While you could use your SU markers to color the the leaves and acorn in “fall colors” I wanted to just focus on this Mossy Meadow. I think it looks nice and a feel for warmth even though the background is white. You could “mask” off the fall leaves and acorn at the top of it and use it year round, not just for the Fall holidays! I know, wouldn’t that be great??!!
I punched out the darling ACORN from the Acorny Thank you stamp set also in the Holiday catty, BUT wanted to add a little “sparkle” so I punched the top of it in Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper. That Dazzling paper is simply “dazzling” isn’t it darling? Dazzle schmazzle! I popped the acorn cutie up on my trusty ol’ dimensionals to give it a little “see me” kinda thing!
Tiny leaves – aren’t they nice and “petite?” Why yes they are. They obliged me in the form of the Square Pillow Box Thinlits die! Yes, that’s right. I don’t think they get as much attention as they should, so I wanted to let them be noticed on my sweet little acorn! I cropped them out in Mossy Meadow, by now you’ve probably figured that out. You are on it! 🙂
I just can’t resist using my envelope liner to cut out a short piece of matching dsp to line the envelope. I really, really, really wanted to let this dsp in the Mossy Meadow green and the beautiful sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink shine in all their green glory! Watch out Always Artichoke and Old Olive, Mossy Meadow is here and I hope it gets to stay!!
I did use the square Collection framelits to Big Shot out the top layer squares, the sentiment and the back card stock of it. I used the Woodgrain embossing folder to give that “woodsy” look to my adorable little acorn bottom part.
If you WANT to get your hands on this English Garden designer series paper pack, just click on the shopping cart below, and voila! You’re in my Online Store! How fun is that and you can shop for all the “ingredients” to make this well meaning sentiment card! I love this sentiment.
